Keith McNall gets caught in lie at debate

Looks like Lockport counilman and legislative candidate Andy Chapman turned the tables on keith McNall last night at a debate sponsored by the Niagara USA Chamber. The debate run by GOP insiders proved to be embarassing for McNall once Chapman caught him lies about taxes rates and job cuts to  county government.
